Welcome back to a new and exciting school year! I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to all of our retuning families and a special greeting to those who are joining our board this fall.
The Algonquin and Lakeshore Catholic District School Board fosters a great sense of community, where every member is loved, inspired, and successful. I look forward to another memorable and rewarding year with our Catholic school communities.
This year, we are excited to launch a new Mulit-Year Strategic Plan, which outlines our goals and aspirations for the year. I look forward to sharing that with all families later this month.
In addition, we are excited to launch new pastoral themes for the next five years. Each year, a new pastoral theme will guide our work in all that we do. This year’s theme is “We Are Called,” which calls on us to reflect upon who might need joy, love, mercy, or tenderness on each given day.
